Mud Hole posts 2014 rod building classes; Schedule has grown to 14 dates across the U.S. in 11 cities
Mud Hole Rod Building & Tackle Crafting Corp. has announced its 2014 schedule for its popular rod building classes across the U.S.
The cities and dates are:
- Orlando, Fla. Jan. 11-12
- So. Plainfield, N.J. Jan. 18-19
- Charlotte, N.C. Feb. 8-9
- Baltimore, Md. March 8-9
- Chicago, Ill. March 22-23
- Orlando, Fla. April 5-6
- Houston, Texas April 26-27
- Boston, Mass. May 10-11
- Orlando, Fla. June 7-8
- Savannah, Ga. Aug. 16-17
- Orlando, Fla. Sept. 6-7
- Mobile, Ala. Sept. 20-21
- Minneapolis, Minn. Oct. 11-12
- San Francisco, Calif. Nov. 8-9
Mud Hole’s Todd Vivian, a veteran instructor in the now five-year program said classes have expanded with more cities, opened to more attendees with bigger classroom settings in bigger hotels’ conference rooms. Most classes are expected to fill-up quickly.
“We still have the same personal attention with an extra instructor or two,” said Vivian. “The one-and-half day classes begin on Saturdays starting at 9 a.m. and last to 7 p.m. Sunday classes offer more instruction and the completion of the rod from 9 a.m. till noon.”
Tuition for the classes held in Orlando, Fla. is $125,. and $149., at all of the other cities. A 6’6″ spinning rod from a pre-assembled kit is included in the tuition.
