Crimson Trace Selects Sunderlin

Crimson Trace, the world’s leading brand of laser sights and tactical lighting products for firearms, announces the hiring of Charlie Sunderlin as the company’s new armorer.

Sunderlin’s firearms industry experience includes being a master gunsmith and armorer, plus previous work experience in sales, customer service, and technical service positions related to firearms.  He will be managing Crimson Trace’s ATF and FFL compliance requirements along with coordinating assorted tradeshow activities. Additionally, Sunderlin is a certified Range Safety Officer and will oversee the operation of Crimson Trace’s new state-of-the-art indoor shooting range.

“The vast firearms experience that Charlie brings to this position will be a great asset for Crimson Trace,” said Kent Thomas, Director of Marketing and Product Development. “His oversight of the company’s test range will also help us meet our goals of making laser sights standard equipment on all self-defense firearms. Our legendary product testing program is completed in the company shooting range.” Crimson Trace is widely recognized as the shooting industry leader in laser sights and tactical light innovation.

Sunderlin will be based at the Crimson Trace headquarters in Wilsonville, Oregon. The company is celebrating 20 years of design and manufacturing in 2014. Crimson Trace’s mission is to enhance people’s ability to protect family, home and country.
