High Lifter Products Inc., the leader in custom aftermarket ATV/UTV accessories and products, today announced the hiring of Imack Collins, Engineer, as an instrumental part of the company’s robust and growing Research and Development Team. This appointment allows Brian Smith, Engineering Manager, to focus his attention on larger, long-term engineering projects.
After a record year in bringing new products to the market, High Lifter expects to continue to increase its growth in aftermarket parts and accessories for off-road vehicles. Collins will play an integral role in the development and design of new products including the highly successful Max Clearance line of suspension components and Outlaw DHT Axles. Throughout his 30-plus year career, the Venezuelan native has worked in a major engineering capacity for manufacturing companies including John Deere Consumer Products, Poulan/Weed Eater, Libbey Glass, and the Shaw Group.
Six Sigma Certified and trained in the methodology of lean manufacturing, Collins also has 20 patents on file with The United States Patent and Trade Office for various products. His background combined with his professional certifications provides High Lifter with a team member who’ll help create innovative, sound, and cost-efficient designs while streamlining the manufacturing process and mass production of products with repeated success.
