Safariland Now Offers NiteRider Light Systems for Its Patrol Bikes

Safariland Patrol Bikes announced the addition of three new patrol bike light combinations for its Safariland/Kona Patrol Bike line through its new partnership with NiteRider, an industry-leading light manufacturer. The three new light systems are the NiteRider Patrol Light and Siren, the NiteRider Lumina and Mako Systems. All three packages offer a powerful high-performance light and are quick and easy to install.

The new NiteRider Patrol Light and Siren System features a high-powered LED dual headlight and tail light both running on a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, and a 115-decibel siren that runs on a standard 9-volt battery. The dual headlight projects up to 700 lumens on the highest setting, bright enough for evening patrol. The headlight features both a bright white LED light and red- and blue-colored LED lights for use in pursuit mode. The tail light functions in conjunction with the headlight and can be turned off when the headlight is needed independently.
The Lumina Light System is a high-powered and compact USB rechargeable package consisting of the Lumina Micro 220 Headlight and the Solas 2-Watt Tail Light. The Lumina Micro 220 Headlight delivers 220 lumens in a lightweight body and features four light levels from a low 15-lumen to a bright 220-lumen light. The Solas 2-Watt Tail Light also offers four light settings with two steady and two flashing selections.
The Mako Light System is designed specifically with safety and visibility in mind. The Mako Light System is a combination of a bright 150-lumen Mako Headlight and the unique multi-directional CherryBomb Tail Light, which disperses light to the sides and rear of the rider. The Mako Headlight also offers a distinctive feature with “gills” on the side of the headlight that emits a red light making the rider more visible.
The NiteRider Patrol Light and Siren System, part number NR-PATROL-KIT1, has an MSRP of $550.00. The Lumina Light System, part number LM-COMBO-LIGHT is offered at an MSRP of $109.99, and the Mako Light System, part number MK-COMBO-LIGHT, is offered at $59.99. All are available now.
