Blade-Tech Extends Support for Practical Edge Shooting Youth Program

Blade-Tech Industries, the leading manufacturer of custom production thermoplastic and injection molded concealment and competition holsters is proud to announce they are extending their partnership with Practical Edge Shooting. Blade Tech Industries has supported the Practical Edge Junior Team since its inception, and has again signed on as a sponsor for this upcoming 2014 season. Team members utilize Blade Tech holsters, magazine pouches, and belts to facilitate the competitions they participate in.

Practical Edge Shooting is a firearms and tactical training company offering effective solutions to their public and law enforcement clients. The partnership with Blade Tech Industries reinforces Blade Tech’s commitment to their motto, “Carry Confident”.
Practical Edge is based out of Eastern Washington and recognized a need for organized youth shooting in the action pistol sports in their local area. With tremendous industry support the Practical Edge Junior Team was created. The Practical Edge Junior Shooting Team is a professionally coached team of junior athletes ranging in age from 10 – 17.
Mark Bradley, Team Coach, stated “It is our intent and goal to teach our athletes safety first, fundamentals and skill development, with a heavy influence in the development of personal responsibility, accountability, and setting of and achieving goals. We are not results driven, but we believe that the results will take care of themselves when the right attitude and focus is brought to the front.” Dee Maynard, Team Coordinator said. “More importantly, we are molding the next generation of goal-oriented competitive shooters. The sport of practical pistol is a fantastic platform to teach and learn many of life’s lessons. Our athletes have made tremendous progress in their development and it will be very interesting watching them mature into great shooters and good stewards in their communities.”
