Ducks Unlimited Recognizes Primos with Life Sponsor Award

Primos Hunting, an innovator in hunting calls and products, was awarded the Ducks Unlimited Life Sponsor Award on Wednesday, February 6. Ducks Unlimited Chief Fundraising Officer Jim West and Managing Director of Development Chad Manlove presented the award to Will Primos in recognition of the contributions made by Primos Hunting.
The Life Sponsor Award was presented to Primos to recognize its long-standing commitment to Ducks Unlimited and support of wetland and waterfowl conservation. A Ducks Unlimited supporter for more than 30 years, Primos has generated funds through a variety of programs including license agreements, auction donations and financial contributions. Ducks Unlimited has in turn leveraged those contributions to generate additional funding from state and federal partners to support habitat conservation in the Mississippi Alluvial Valley.
“Major sponsors provide critical funds that are used to support on-the-ground conservation programs throughout North America,” said Chad Manlove, Ducks Unlimited managing director of development. “Without that first dollar, Ducks Unlimited would be unable to secure the level of funding that has allowed us to conserve more than 13 million acres of waterfowl habitat across the continent.”
