Team Smith & Wesson’s Jerry Miculek once again topped the revolver field to claim the Enhanced Service Revolver title at the 2014 Smith & Wesson IDPA Indoor National Championship.
Miculek is ranked a Distinguished Master in the ESR division. He won the division with a final time of 235.66 seconds with 105 points down.
“Watching Jerry compete is always a highlight for many of the shooters competing. Nobody can do what Jerry does which is why he once again came out on top at this year’s Smith & Wesson Indoor Nationals,” said Joyce Wilson, executive director of IDPA.
Finishing second overall behind Miculek was Gene Gelberger, first Master with 277.28 (126), followed by William Richards with 331.78 (171) taking first Expert. Brian Abbott, who finished first Sharpshooter with 333.04 (176), and Edgar Coronado with 366.34 (132) rounded out the top five. Phil Torres claimed first Marksman with 517.06 (276).
