D.I.D. Chain Is on Board with Beta

D.I.D. USA (also known as Daido Corporation of America) and Beta have joined together for the 2014 race season. DID chains will used on Cody Webb and Max Gerston’s Endurocross bikes, as well as AMA National Enduro aces Cory Buttrick and Justin Sode’s bikes.

“We are very happy to have DID join our race team. They were a natural fit as our RR models come from the factory already with DID oring chains. We have found that they stretch less than any other chain we have used in the past two years. We will offer the DID ERT2 motocross gold chains to our BYOB (Build Your Own Beta) customers for those who prefer a non-oring chain. We are also using DID DirtStar rims on all of our race bikes as part of our RAD Manufacturing wheel sets, these two combined should help us with our race team goals.” says Beta Marketing Manager Tim Pilg.

The Daido/D.I.D. Company started manufacturing in 1949 in Tokyo, Japan and set up their USA distribution office two years later. DID Chains are supplied to many OEM motorcycle manufacturers worldwide including Beta.

Daido America’s Hironao Wada comments, “D.I.D is excited to be a part of American Beta Racing, one of the best offroad teams here in the US. We are proudly supplying our very best chain, the D.I.D 520ERV3. We are sure that our chains will help them to win Championships. The offroad market is relatively new for us so we are very excited about Beta providing us with additional exposure.”
