It’s Not March without “G&A Madness” by Guns & Ammo

March Madness doesn’t just refer to basketball anymore. Enter Guns & Ammo’s 2nd Annual “G&A Madness” presented by Galco, where America votes for their favorite guns! The online “bracket” challenge format is similar to the NCAA Tournament bracket – but with a few twists. To learn all about this year’s bracket, visit http://gunsandammo.com/bracket.
Here’s how it works:
There are 64 firearms in four categories (Handguns, Rifles, Shotgun & MSR’s) with six voting rounds and prizes awarded after each round. The winning gun of each voting matchup will proceed to the next round, until the FINAL FOUR is reached, and then an eventual winner.
Voting totals will be shown for each matchup and registered voters will automatically be entered to win great prizes from participating sponsors – Galco, LaserLyte, Burris, Winchester Ammo and Pelican Pro Gear.
Last year, gun enthusiasts voted nearly 300,000 times over the course of the “tournament” and 17,000 Guns & Ammo fans registered to win prizes. The final round came down to LaRue Tactical’s Costa Edition Hybrid against the Smith & Wesson Performance Center 1911, with the AR-platform rifle beating the handgun in very competitive final voting results.
This year is going to be bigger, and better! With a goal of 1 million votes and great prizes like gun holsters, storage cases, training tools, rifle scopes and gift certificates, Guns & Ammo fans will be developing a different form of “Bracketology”, because it’s not March without G&A Madness!
