MidwayUSA is excited to announce Deanna Herwald as Vice President of Quality Management Systems. Deanna is an NRA Life Member, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and is a long-standing Employee of MidwayUSA. She has held many positions over the years and most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources.
“MidwayUSA is dedicated to continuous improvement and to using the Baldrige Criteria as our leadership and management framework,” said Deanna. “I’m excited to get the opportunity to lead MidwayUSA’s on-going quality initiative which includes applying for our second Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2015. The Baldrige criteria has been central to our success over the past several years and will continue to be an important part of our formula for success.”
Deanna will provide overall strategic leadership through the development, implementation and improvement of the Management Framework, Strategic Planning, Process Management, Measurement and Analysis and Knowledge Management processes.
