Lazo is a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Academy of Culinary Arts headquartered in Punxsutawney, PA. and she provides tips on how to insure the quality of trout and other game fish. The discussion begins with how to properly care for the catch once it leaves the water. Virginia also describes techniques on how to prepare trout, and provides simple recipes that provide tantalizing flavors that most anglers never experience. She also shares a number of great recipes.
