Free Reel Cleaning, New Shimano Musky Rods All Part of Thorne Bros. Spring Sale

Anglers can finally celebrate the arrival of spring this coming Friday through Sunday at the annual Thorne Bros. Custom Rod & Tackle ‘Annual Spring Sale’ in Blaine, Minn. The Shimano Experience Team will be on location ready to talk tackle, and Shimano’s tech staff will assist anglers with free ‘clean and lube’ service so anglers can have their Shimano reels in top condition for upcoming season openers.
“We’ll be showcasing the new Curado baitcasting reels to bass and walleye anglers, along with the new Compre, Convergence and Sojourn musky rods that were just introduced this past month,” said Steve Beyer, Shimano’s local Twin Cities rep.
On Saturday and Sunday, Shimano’s tech staff will assist in cleaning and properly lubricating one Shimano reel for attendees. Just bring a Shimano reel with you – it can be either a baitcasting or spinning reel – for this complimentary service.
The Shimano Experience Team’s specially rigged Skeeter bass boat and truck will be on display to give everyone a hands-on look of Shimano and G.Loomis tackle.
