Bob Pallitto Joins The Mako Group as Sales Manager

The Mako Group is pleased to announce that Bob Pallitto has joined their team as Sales Manager. Bob brings over twenty years of sales experience to the position, with an extensive background in the outdoor industry and a focus on shooting in particular.
In 2004, Bob launched his own sales company, Ash-Mar Sales, targeting the hunting, shooting and outdoor markets in the Northeast. Working in close relation with independent shops, major retailers and distributors, Bob developed a keen understanding of their needs. In 2006, Bob teamed up with a national independent rep group and his focus shifted from the general outdoor industry to the shooting industry. This has been his area of expertise ever since.
Mr. Pallitto already has a history with Mako. In 2009, Bob contacted Mako through his own company, Ash-Mar, and became their official Northeast rep, covering all the independent retailers and distributors in the region. In 2012, Bob was hired to head sales at Global Military Gear. Before GMG was sold in 2014, Bob oversaw the company’s unprecedented growth and managed an increased line of 190 products.
In Bob’s new role, he will work with a team of independent rep groups to coordinate retail and distributor business, focusing on sporting goods and general consumer sales activity. “Bob brings tremendous insight and knowledge to this position,” said Mako’s CEO, Addy Sandler. “Under his leadership, we are confident that Mako will continue to grow and meet the needs of gun enthusiasts across the country.”
