Otis Restructures Sales Force, Looks to Hire Sales Managers

Otis Technology announced a restructuring of the sales team for the sporting goods channel of their gun care products.
The sales team will now be a field-based, regionally managed team. The Regional Sales Managers will be based in their territories to allow for increased customer responsiveness and proximity to key customers. They will be responsible for all sporting goods business within their territories as well as closely managing their respective independent rep agencies.
The three regions are defined as East, Central, and West. Michelle Bertocchi has been named the Western Regional Sales Manager and will be based in Portland, OR. Otis is currently seeking candidates to fill the Eastern and Central Regional Sales Manager positions. All three regional sales managers will report to Frank Devlin, National Sales Manager for Otis Technology.
