Pursuit Channel, America’s most widely distributed hunt, fish, shoot network, and Deere and Company, the international machinery icon and manufacturer of the popular Gator series of XUVs, have announced a partnership that includes the “John Deere Main Beam Monday” banner on the network’s Monday night primetime lineup of hunting shows.
“This isn’t just a great new network client for Pursuit Channel – it’s John Deere,” said an enthusiastic Rusty Faulk, Founder and CEO of Pursuit Channel. “John Deere is one of the originators of America’s Industrial Revolution and its machines continue to help us put whitetail deer in our freezers and feed the world. What an honor it is to announce ‘John Deere Main Beam Monday’ to our viewership!”
“John Deere Main Beam Monday,” a three-hour aggregate of original hunting programming starting Q3 2014, features Canadian Whitetail TV, Real Shot Outdoors, Spook Nation, Just Hunt, The American Way, and Love of the Hunt.
Headquartered in Moline, Illinois since the mid-1800s, John Deere’s original polished-steel plows were a breakthrough that let pioneer farmers cut clean furrows through sticky Midwest prairie soil, the catalyst for one of the largest and most respected businesses in history.
Last March, for the eighth consecutive year, Deere & Company was included on Ethisphere Institute’s “World’s Most Ethical Companies” list. Deere was among 144 companies worldwide honored for their corporate ethics and compliance program; overall reputation, leadership and innovation; corporate governance; corporate citizenship and responsibility; and company culture concerning ethics.
