Nation’s fastest-growing outdoors retailer adding second South Carolina store this fall
Spring in South Carolina means hiking, hunting, fishing camping and boating. Gander Mountain is once again expanding the nation’s largest and fastest growing network of outdoor specialty stores with a new location in Myrtle Beach, SC, set to open in spring 2015.

Gander Mountain in Myrtle Beach will be located in a new 45,600-square-foot store to be located adjacent to the Tanger Outlets® on Edward E. Burroughs Highway (U.S. 501 – South) at Factory Stores Blvd. It will be the second Gander Mountain location in South Carolina, joining a recently-announced new store in North Charleston which will open in the fall.

The store will offers an extensive selection of men’s and women’s active performance outdoor and casual apparel featuring exciting brands like The North Face, Columbia, Under Armour, GSX, Carhartt, Guide Series and Kühl, and a wide variety of men’s and women’s active footwear featuring brands like Asics, Merrell, Rocky, Reebok, Reef, Keen, Irish Setter, Teva, New Balance, Patagonia, Timberland, LaCrosse, Itasca, Saucony and Salomon.
Customers will enjoy easy access to Gander Mountain’s unmatched selection of new and used firearms around the country, whether the firearms are located at other stores, in central distribution facilities or on Gander Mountain’s market-leading online store.
