New Season of Ducks Unlimited TV Premieres June 30

A new season of Ducks Unlimited TV waterfowling adventures begins June 30. This season, viewers will be able to catch the show four times a week on the Pursuit Channel. Complete episodes and additional web-exclusive content will also be available on the DU website.

Now in its 18th season, Ducks Unlimited TV celebrates the outdoors lifestyle and explores how DU’s conservation mission enhances outdoor experiences across North America. Co-hosts Wade Bourne and Field Hudnall return this season, joined by Zach Pederson and Ainsley Beeman. This team of dedicated waterfowlers travels across North America in search of the best duck and goose hunting. Each show also features hunting tips and tactics from experts, including shooting tips with Phil Bourjaily, retriever training with Mike Stewart, cooking with Scott Leysath and conservation news and information with DU CEO Dale Hall.

“We’re very excited about the new season of DU TV,” said Hall. “There are lots of changes this year, including a new format and some new faces. With its fast-paced, magazine-style format and new team of on-air talent, the show will appeal to a broad range of outdoor enthusiasts. And because it will be available on the DU website as well as the Pursuit Channel, more people will have access to DU TV than ever before.”

Ducks Unlimited TV will air four times a week on the Pursuit Channel through the end of 2014: Saturdays at 8:30 pm, Mondays at 1:00 am, Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, and Thursdays at 7:30 am (all times Eastern). Full episodes and additional web-exclusive content will be available on the DU website at www.ducks.org/dutv.

Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation. DU got its start in 1937 during the Dust Bowl when North America’s drought-plagued waterfowl populations had plunged to unprecedented lows. Determined not to sit idly by as the continent’s waterfowl dwindled beyond recovery, a small group of sportsmen joined together to form an organization that became known as Ducks Unlimited. Its mission: habitat conservation. Thanks to decades of abiding by that single mission, Ducks Unlimited is now the world’s largest and most effective private waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization. DU is able to multilaterally deliver its work through a series of partnerships with private individuals, landowners, agencies, scientific communities and other entities.
