Bronder Wins Bass Champs Tournament on Lake Amistad

Scott Bronder of Falls City, TX caught 15.41 pounds of bass to win the May, 31, Bass Champs 2014 South Region fishing tournament on Lake Amistad. The winning catch earned Bronder a $17,500 payday. In addition, because he fished from a Triton boat and was registered for the Triton Gold tournament rewards program, Bronder pocketed an additional cash bonus of $7000.

The Triton Gold tournament rewards program provides a lucrative opportunity for tournament-winning Triton boat owners to literally sweeten the pot, Bentz emphasized. “A Triton Gold member can reel in a cash bonus of up to $7,000 by winning an eligible tournament,” he explained. “The Triton Gold program sanctions over 3,000 freshwater and saltwater fishing tournaments and offers a potential total cash payout exceeding $20 million.”
