Over 50 New Swiss Army Knives that Harness the Greatness of Swiss Engineering
The Delémont Collection from Victorinox Swiss Army marks the first collaboration between Wenger and Victorinox Swiss Army, which joined forces last year. The collection takes the very best attributes from both brands to form an entirely new collection of knives. Here’s a peek at some of the new and exciting features included in the Delémont Collection, which launched in July 2014 at retailers nationwide.
The collection is comprised of four handle designs: Evolution, EvoGrip, EvoWood and Ranger, across a range of three different sizes.
- 65 MM – NAIL CLIP – Built on the premise of portable functionality, knives in this size pack a big punch in a small package.
- 85 MM – EVOLUTION / EVOGRIP / EVOWOOD – With ergonomics at the heart of its design, the contoured handles of the 85MM collection make resourcefulness more comfortable than ever before.
- 130 MM – RANGERGRIP – The Ranger series was created for those challenges that take a little more skill, a little more knowledge and tools that are a little more powerful.
Two of the feature knives in the collection are:
EvoGrip S18
The perfect mid-sized knife, the EvoGrip S18 fits perfectly in-hand thanks to the ergonomic, contoured handle with non-slip inserts. A veritable tool chest for the outdoor enthusiast, the 2.75″ double-cut wood saw can tackle much larger jobs than its size would indicate. Along with 14 other useful functions, the EvoGrip S18 is a stand-out in its striking, bright yellow finish.
RangerGrip 74
The RangerGrip 74 is designed for serious outdoor adventures and includes a variety of heavy-duty tools, including a 3.9” locking blade and a deployable needle nose pliers equipped with a wire cutter and nut wrench. The knife features an ergonomic handle with non-slip inserts to help improve grip even in wet conditions.
