Optisan has added the new Britec 7×21 compact binocular to its innovative line of high quality optics for hunters and avid outdoor enthusiasts. Offering unparalleled quality and a unique patented off-set hinge design, it’s time to forget everything you thought you knew about compact binoculars and embrace a brighter, more precise focusing experience with Optisan’s new 7×21 Britec.
At first glance, users will immediately notice the Britec’s unique patented off-set hinge design. This allows hunters to gain true one-handed adjustability when in the field. This innovative design shines in situations where the hunter only has one free-hand to dedicate to the grip and manipulation, leaving the other free to hold a bow, calls or other gear vital to a successful hunt. Other designs using a center-focus knob often place the hunter at a disadvantage, often resulting in failure to achieve the proper focus or fumbling the binocular altogether. The Britec’s off-set hinge design and focus knob make operation a breeze and allows the hunter to take full advantage of the Britec’s ETE Microlux Fully multi-coated lenses.
The Britec weighs in at a mere 7.48 ounces and is constructed using Optisan’s Swissamotec 98 Body Construction for durability against the elements and terrain. Because hunting is first a battle against Mother Nature, and second against your quarry, the Britec is watertight down to more than three feet for a full 30 minutes – so it is more than capable of enduring a blowing rain or snow when caught in extreme conditions or accidental fall into a stream. The 7×21 magnification and objective provide a 354-foot field of view at 1,000 yards and best of all, thanks again to the binocular’s off-set hinge design, the whole package folds away easily to slip into a pocket or pack.
