Hunting Heritage Trust Invites Proposals for Expansion of “Treasures & Traditions” Online Auction on GunBroker.com

The Board of Directors of the Hunting Heritage Trust has announced an expansion of its successful “Treasures and Traditions “online auction on GunBroker.com and has issued a Request for Proposals for a contractor to administer the program.
Since 2007, the Hunting Heritage Trust has administered its “Treasures & Traditions” online auction of donated firearms and related outdoor equipment on GunBroker.com with proceeds benefiting the Trust. In early September, the Trust Board of Directors voted to expand the program to include the auction of consigned firearms and other high-value sporting items. The Board also issued a “Request for Proposals” for administration of the consignment portion of the “Treasures & Traditions” program by an independent contractor.
The contractor will be required to provide all services related to the administration of the including solicitation of items for consignment, providing for shipping, storage and insurance of consigned items, negotiate terms of consignment with Consignors and submit regular reports to the Hunting Heritage Trust.
