The testing officer remarked, “The Citadel 64 Series is head and shoulders above the plates that are currently issued by my agency. Made in the USA, the Citadel™ 64 Series has undergone an Independent Special Threat Testing conducted in accordance with an abbreviated and modified NIJ Standard 0101.06 and Tacprogear Testing Protocol. TPG Internal testing was conducted at the state-of-the-art TPG ballistic test range in Miami, FL. The Ultra-Lightweight hard body armor plates are made from polyethylene and ceramic with a protective cover made of polyurea or Cordurda with welded seams.
