Marlin Magazine Taps Andrew Cox as Senior Editor

Andrew Cox will join Marlin magazine, as senior editor, it was announced today by John Brownlee, editor-in-chief, Marlin. His appointment is effective Sept. 29. In this new position, Cox will lead field efforts and content creation for all Marlin channels including print, web, social media, events, and more.
Cox, a passionate offshore angler, comes to Marlin with multiple years of experience in conservation outreach, fishery management and service on the Highly Migratory Species Advisory Panel to NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration). Most recently, he was the chief government affairs officer at The Billfish Foundation.
Cox has fostered corporate partnerships and served in an outreach capacity through The Billfish Foundation, making himself well-known amo.
