Jim and Trav have a mixed bag of big game reports from across the country this week. They’ll get updates from David Bogart of “Legends of the Fall”, Mark Crain from Pagosa Springs, Colorado as well as Shawn Michaels and Keith Mark from “MRA Hunting”. They’ll also talk to Iraq war veterans David Guzman and Kevin McMahon about the collaboration between Nissan and the Wounded Warrior Project and the adventure to Alaska they took in a Nissan Titan.

Wounded Warrior Project

Together, Nissan and the Wounded Warrior Project teamed up create Project Titan which sent two U.S. war veterans on a journey of a lifetime into the backcountry of Alaska. Veterans David Guzman and Kevin McMahon join Jim and Trav this week to talk about their adventures in Alaska, the custom built Nissan Titan they drove, the Wounded Warrior Project and more.

Midwest Whitetail Report

David Bogart is a host of “Legends of the Fall” on Outdoor Channel.  This week he’ll discuss whitetail hunting conditions. It has been a wet fall in Illinois which will result in crops staying in the fields longer. Fewer cases of EHD than in years past are yielding more mature bucks numbers, however having corn still standing in the fields will make hunting more difficult.

Colorado Big Game Report

Colorado is a big game haven and Mark Crain from Pagosa Springs is here this week to give an update. Mark talks elk and how they are still up high and deep in the timber,  deer populations look good and they are on the move and a light winter last year has bear recruitment numbers high. Tune in for more!

MRA Hunting

Keith Mark and Shawn Michaels host MacMillan River Adventures on Outdoor Channel. Keith discusses how they go about finding outfitters and booking their hunting trips and Shawn will talk about the monster moose they harvested in the Yukon this season. Catch it all this week!
