Changes Coming for EZ Kut Products

EZ Kut Products, a leading provider of innovative pruners, loppers and accessories for the outdoor market, today announced several positive developments which position the Company for the future.
EZ Kut Products has a long history of producing high-quality products for the outdoorsmen. Founded in 1988 by Buster Greenway, EZ Kut has been responsible for designing and manufacturing tools and accessories by listening to the consumer and traveling throughout the country attending over 20 + consumer tradeshows a year. From this, the famous EZ Kut Ratcheting Pruner was developed and is now the “go-to” tool for outdoorsmen and has been for the last 25 years.
Earlier this year, Scott Bast and Jerry Milos purchased EZ Kut Products from Buster Greenway. Both partners, successful businessmen and outdoorsmen alike, saw the quality, innovation and potential that EZ Kut offered. “ We are incredibly excited to purchase a company with over 25 years in the outdoor industry. We are confident that our commitment to excellence in manufacturing and customer service will help us carry on the legacy of Buster and what this company was built on,” said Scott Bast, President and CEO.
Already in effect, the new owners are transitioning EZ Kut from a direct-to-consumer only company to offering its products to the retail market including but not limited to distributors, buying groups, wholesalers, independent dealers and on-line retailers. To fully broach this market, EZ Kut has already recruited sales representatives in the Southeast, OMG Associates and is actively searching for other representatives in other territories.
Conversely, EZ Kut has already developed and released new products to add to their product offering; the famous Ratcheting Pruner in pink, Carbide Sharpener, Sling Pak, Pruner Sheath and being released in the fall of 2014, is the G2 Ratcheting Lopper. EZ Kut, along with the new owners will continue to release a series of new products every year.
Because of these new developments, EZ Kut will also expand their line of quality products into other industries as well, including but not limited to, lawn and garden, farm and fleet and hardware industries.
