The Lowa Renegade boots are made out of 100% leather, they are suitable for both short day hikes or long weekend or week long excursions up into the mountains. They also features a foot bed that is moisture wicking, a nylon shank, and a shock absorbent Vibram sole, each of which will help to improve comfort and ergonomics as well.
The Renegade boots have a shaft that measures five inches from the arch, a heel that measures just under two inches, and a platform that measures approximately one inch. They are 100% leather, ergonomic Vibram sole, and nubuck upper. They are a bit pricey, but for those who spend a considerable amount of time outdoors, they are worth the cost.
