Great Last-minute Holiday Gifts for Hunters

My wife always says that I’m so hard to buy gifts for. If I want it, or as I say it “need it,” then I already have it. Really, though, it’s not that hard to buy a sweet last-minute gift for me or any other hunter in your life. Here’s a list I gave my wife. Maybe it’ll help you too.
Bow ho ho
One of the things I look forward to around the holidays is bowhunting. Why not get me a new crossbow?
I like the Cabela’s Instinct Lancer Crossbow. It’s extremely fast at 395 fps, light at 6.9 pounds, and compact. I’d also be really happy with a Cabela’s Credence camo compound bow kit. These bows are being made with a little help from BOWTECH, one of the biggest names in the business. They shoot 325 fps and are very smooth. And don’t forget a new Cabela’s Supreme Bow Case. You wouldn’t want my bow to get all beat up and damaged, right?
I’ve got my eyes on you
I’d really like to have the Cabela’s Instinct Euro HD 10×42 binoculars. They are so clear that we could spend all day looking at things and not get eye strain. Plus they’d be really nice for that trip out West I want to take.
And how about this? You can always get me a Cabela’s Instinct Euro rifle scope to go on the new rifle I just bough—I mean, the rifle I already have and have had for a long time, but it just needs a sweet new scope.
Gimme the boot
New boots are always a welcome addition to any outdoorsman’s kit!
For hunting, the Cabela’s Instinct Accelerator 9mm rubber boots would be a great choice. They’d keep my feet dry and warm and would really help during hunting season.
Of course, what I could really use are some new Cabela’s Men’s SuperMag 1600 Hunting Chest Waders with Thinsulate and Armor-Flex. My old waders leak and you know how much I love to duck hunt. These will keep me warm and dry and are tough enough to last for years.
Now what I really want are the Cabela’s Meindl Men’s “Perfekt” Ultimate Hunter Fit IQ hunting boots. The sale price on these is crazy good, and they are awesome boots that adjust specifically to fit my foot when I wear them. I could wear these out west on my elk hunt and could walk all day without my feet hunting. They look great, too, so I could wear them when I take you out to dinner at your favorite restaurant.
I like to dress nice, too
I know you’re always asking me to wear a nice button-up shirt. How about Cabela’s Men’s Bowhunter’s Shirt with Silent Weave? I’m kidding. I would like the shirt, however, as it would be great for hunting. I’d also really be happy with a Cabela’s Men’s Opening Day Camo Hoodie. A hoodie is the perfect thing for those early-season hunts, and great for layering late in the season. Plus, let’s be honest, it looks sweet!
And since we’re on the subject of clothes, how about a new hunting jacket? Cabela’s Men’s Outfitter’s Wooltimate Jacket with 4MOST WINDSHEAR is on sale and perfect for my hunting trips next fall. I might even get to wear it this spring when I go bear hunting, but we can talk about that later.
