Video: Jerry Miculek Bursts Balloon at 1,000 Yards with a Barrett M107

How exactly do you one-up popping a balloon at 1,000 yards with a revolver? How about popping the same balloon off-hand with a 34-pound Barrett M107 in .50 BMG?

“Anybody can do it with a lot of time,” Jerry claims in the video.

We’re not so sure about that, but this world-renowned shooter does make it look easy. His shot appears to have landed a foot or so directly beneath the balloon, so it wasn’t a direct hit—but still incredibly impressive for a such a distant target.
