Video: Giant Catfish Destroys Suicide Duck Lure

It’s not that often that you capture footage of a giant catfish hitting a lure, but that’s exactly what happens in this video.

OutdoorHub published a video not long ago that showcased footage of a giant northern pike destroying a 3D Suicide Duck lure. Apparently, pike aren’t the only species attracted to an injured duck. This monster catfish gets pulled right out from under its hiding spot, and looks as if it can’t resist the temptation of the Suicide Duck. The cat is mesmerized by the lure, follows it for a moment, and then sucks the little duck lure under the surface of the water.

The catfish was obviously not thrilled about being caught, and put up the best fight that it could, but in the end, the Suicide Duck prevailed.
