This is an update on Kyle Myers, AKA FPS Russia, the gun-shooting YouTube video maker who, last we heard, had spent a couple days in jail after receiving illicit drugs through the mail.
According to sources, it sounds like Myer’s home was thoroughly searched by federal authorities for firearms and explosives the same day he was arrested. More than 50 guns were seized at the conclusion of the search, but no illegal explosives were found, ATF spokesman Nero Priester said.
“We’re waiting for lab results to come back. We got a subpoena for his blood to see if he is an active drug user,” Priester said, adding that if results show he was using illegal drugs the ATF will consider taking the case to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Myers has since been released from jail on a $10,000 bond, and faces charges of possessing a schedule one drug and other drug-related paraphernalia.
