If we made a list of ‘top plays’ from the outdoors this week, there’s a good chance this guy’s unconventional fishing method would wind up number one.
NBA center Joakim Noah shared a video on his Instagram Stories showing his father, Yannick Noah, dive into the ocean off of a dock and returning to the surface after grabbing a fish with his bare hands. Impressive, right?
Not only does he catch the fish with his bare hands, but he also takes a bite out of the fish, prompting Joakim to write “Pops a savage,” as the caption on the video.
For those wondering, Yannick Noah is a renowned tennis player who won more than 400 matches over the course of his professional career, including the French Open in 1983. Perhaps that’s where he picked up the hand-eye coordination to snag a fish out of the water like this..
