Remington Ammunition has announced the reintroduction of the nostalgic favorite shotshell of shooters everywhere, Peters Paper. Trap, skeet and sporting clays shooters can now experience the thrill of shooting classic paper loads with modern performance. Sold exclusively on Remington.com and available for a limited time only, shooters and collectors are encouraged to buy today.
Remington Revives the Peters Paper Shotshells
The new Peters Paper Shotshells from Remington sport the classic blue paper hull that you know and love. Any experienced shotgunner will be transported back to the past, though these paper shells are being made to give you modern performance. Repeatable patterning is the goal when shooting clays, and to achieve this, Remington has combined clean primers, carefully selected powder blends, and shot with a high concentration of antimony. Currently, they are only available in 12-gauge. Within the gauge, there are five options. These shotshells hold either a one-ounce or 1 1/8 ounce payload. Shot sizes are available in either 7.5 or 8. A box of 25 shells will run you $19.99.
